Kansas City Symphony Classics Concert April 9-11

Lisa Jackson is playing with the Kansas City Symphony April 9 and 10 at the Lyric Theater at 8 p.m. and on April 11 at 2 p.m. at Yardley Hall on the campus of Johnson County Community College. The program consists of Ravel’s Tombeau de Couperin, Barber’s Knoxville – Summer of 1915 and Mahler’s 4th Symphony. The vocal soloist for the Barber and Mahler is Heidi Grant Murphy. This program includes some of my favorite music.
