John Leavitt, well-known choral composer who is in residence at MANU, is conducting a concert of his music. Several Serenade musicians will be in the orchestra. Anyone who sings in a church choir will probably hear something they’ve sung before! The performance is at 3:30 Sunday April 25 at MANU in Olathe.

Lisa Jackson is playing a performance in honor of Rockhurst University’s Centennial April 18 at 7 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Church in Kansas City. The program consists of Charpentier’s Te Deum and Mozart‘s Vesperae solennes de confessore.

Lisa Jackson is playing with the Kansas City Symphony Chamber Players on Friday, March 26 at 8 p.m. at the MidAmerica Nazarene College Bell Cultural Center in Olathe. The string orchestra performance will include Grieg’s Holberg Suite.

It’s hard to believe Allegro Children’s Choir has been around 10 years already! We’ve played at every performance for the last 3-4 years! The performance is on 3/27 at 7:00 at Colonial Presbyterian Church at 95th and Wornall. I think we’ll be premiering another piece by Andrea Ramsey!
