Brian Lewis Young Artist Program July 9, 2010

Rene’, Signe and I are playing in the orchestra accompanying these amazing young Suzuki artists at Ottawa University chapel (1001 S. Cedar St, Ottawa, KS 66067 at 7:00 p.m.). It’s hard to believe kids in junior high and high school are performing at this level! On the program are concerto movements by Lalo, Barber, Prokofiev, Bruch, Mendelssohn, Tchaikovsky, Weiniawski and Saint-Saens. The finale is the last movement of the Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto played by Brian Lewis and 5 students – very impressive!
